Starting from April 10, 2025, the warranty policies for barber chair and shampoo unit/chair are as follows:

Barber chairs: Hydraulic pump 4 years, Frame and leather: 2 years.

Shampoo units/chairs: All water components are CSA certified, Frame: 2 years, Leather 1 year, Accessories and Plumbing parts 2 years.

Must provide purchase. No warranty will be provided without a valid receipt.

Warranty service requires proof the receipt or invoice. Without valid proof of purchase, warranty service will not be provided.
